4 ODA File Converter
The Open Design Alliance has a free tool to convert .dwg file versions. This tool is based on the same core technology that’s inside of BricsCAD. It can also convert .dwg to .dxf, a common format for driving simple machine tools.

MeshLab is an open-source program specifically designed for editing, cleaning, healing, inspecting, rendering, texturing and converting 3D meshes. It also comes with some handy tools to convert point clouds to meshes. Export your BricsCAD models to .stl to be able to import them into MeshLab.
